Today, I shared recipes from cookbook – a Double Duty Dinner Recipe. The concept is that you make a dinner with enough leftovers to transform it into a great school lunch for the next day. Dinner starts as Thai-Inspired Grilled Beef Salad, and transforms into Steak Spring Rolls with Sriracha Mayo and Soy-Lime Dipping Sauce! 😍
