Ingredients: 1 Tbs grapeseed oil; 1 large onion (chopped); 3 garlic cloves (crushed); 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes; Two 28-ounce cans crushed tomatoes; 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano; 3 bay leaves; 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper (or to taste); 1/2 cup whole wheat sandwich bread (crusts removed and torn into small pieces); ½ cup grated onion; 2 garlic cloves (crushed); 1/3 c Parmesan (freshly grated); 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped); 1 extra large egg; 1 pound lean ground beef; 1/2 pound mild Italian chicken sausage (removed from casing); 1 T Salt; 4 quarts of water; 1 pound spaghetti; OR 4 large zucchini and 1 Tbs grapeseed oil
