Ideas for veggies to dehydrate
  1. Beets, sliced thin with a mandolin
  2. Zucchini, sliced thin with a knife
  3. Kale, torn into bite-sized pieces
Instructions
  1. Slice your veggies thin.
  2. Toss with a tiny bit of extra-virgin olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper (not too much!)
  3. Place in a dehydrator and let it dry out until crispy. Amount of time depends on the vegetable and thickness. It may take a few hours or overnight. Be patient, it's worth it!
