Don’t ask, “What do you want to be when you grow up?”

How many of you were asked as kids, “What do you want to be when you grow up?” I know I do. In my 425 Women to Watch talk, I share my point of view on why I think you should think twice before asking this question to kids.

The 425 Women To Watch event was a night filled with inspiration! I was honored to be on stage with the amazing Genoveva Mercado, Kari Gran, Danielle Kartes, and Lindsey Angelo. I cried, laughed and felt so empowered at the end of the night.

Thank you so much to 425 Magazine for this incredible opportunity. It was truly such an honor!
