Sweet Pepper Octopus
  1. 2 sweet bell peppers
  2. Olive
  3. 2 toothpicks
  1. Take the first pepper and cut the top off. This is the head.
  2. Slice an olive about 1/4 - 1/2 inch thick for the eyes. Take 2 toothpicks and stick them into the pepper, leaving a little sticking out the head. Dab a little hummus into the olive hole and hang them on the toothpick.
  3. Take the second pepper, and cut it in half and seed it. Cut the stem off, and slice into sticks vertically. These are the legs. Arrange them around the octopus head. Voila!
