Hi everyone, my name is Amber, and I’m 9 years old. If you want to have fun, eat yummy food, and be healthy all at the same time, this cooking show is for you! Cooking is a blast, and being healthy is cool.

Remember to always ask your parents before starting, and ask their help when using knives and the stove or oven.

FRUIT MUFFINS (HEALTHY SNACK)1 egg1/2 c. vegetable oil3/4 c. milk2 c. wheat flour1/3 c. sugar3 tsp. bankig powder1 tsp. salt1 c. chopped fruit (peaches, apples, prunes)1/2 c. brown sugar (optional)Heat oven to 400 degrees. Use muffin cups or grease bottoms of muffin pans. Beat egg. Stir in oil, milk and fruit. Stir in remaining ingredients all at once, just until moistened. Batter will be lumpy. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
