To help you plan, here is a list of some delicious no-added sugar recipes that are easy to make. Arm yourself with these foods!

Other easy, healthy snacks to try during the challenge:

  • Fresh fruits
  • Frozen berries (my sister and I love to eat these like popsicles! We eat them almost every day.)
  • Nuts
  • Roasted Seaweed Snacks (We get ours from Trader Joe’s)
  • Sliced tomatoes drizzled with extra-virgin olive oil, with a sprinkle of salt (my sister’s fave)
  • Cucumber slices with a bit of salt
  • Apple slices with nut butter (we like 100% Valencia peanut butter)
  • Boiled eggs (you can dress them up too :D)

    But the problem with me it’s what can I eat for breakfast ?
    I am very dairy 🙂

  2. me and my aunt are gonna try it bc I do not want diabetes and I want to stay healthy for as long as I can
