I’m so excited that so many of you are joining me for the 10-day No-Added Sugar Challenge starting Monday, January 5th! #FedUpChallenge
To help you plan, here is a list of some delicious no-added sugar recipes that are easy to make. Arm yourself with these foods!
Other easy, healthy snacks to try during the challenge:
- Fresh fruits
- Frozen berries (my sister and I love to eat these like popsicles! We eat them almost every day.)
- Nuts
- Roasted Seaweed Snacks (We get ours from Trader Joe’s)
- Sliced tomatoes drizzled with extra-virgin olive oil, with a sprinkle of salt (my sister’s fave)
- Cucumber slices with a bit of salt
- Apple slices with nut butter (we like 100% Valencia peanut butter)
- Boiled eggs (you can dress them up too :D)
XOXO
